Laboratory Design Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting cross-functional engineering and architectural teams, the fully remote Laboratory Design Specialist will develop detailed laboratory layouts, create advanced 3D visualizations, and manage construction drawings for complex projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop detailed laboratory layouts, phasing plans, and construction drawings
• Convert Point Cloud/BIM scans into usable design formats
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to support project implementation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 4+ years of recent experience with Revit and CAD-related software
• Experience creating 2D/3D construction plans, layouts, and renderings
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, drafting standards, and CAD file management
• Experience with lab design, BIM, Point Cloud, or Matterport technology is highly preferred
