Laboratory Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Precision Medicine Operations - Lab Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal liaison between external laboratory partners and internal teams to ensure timely execution of clinical trial elements
• Provide oversight and support for laboratory issues, fostering relationship management
• Collaborate across departments to ensure integration with Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, and other relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a laboratory Project Manager at a central lab
• Minimum of a BS degree in science/Medical Technology
• Knowledge of the clinical drug development process and clinical trials
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Managerial experience is a plus
