Laboratory Outreach Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Laboratory Outreach Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for Outreach Clients of the Clinical Laboratory and manage financial aspects of laboratory patients
• Offer analytic support to meet regulatory and contractual agreements for Laboratory clients
• Develop and standardize laboratory workflows to ensure accurate and compliant billing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, medical technology, Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
• 3 years of laboratory experience
• Experience in projects, process improvements, staff mentorship, and onboarding of new staff preferred
• Familiarity with reporting and data collection and/or analysis preferred
• AP and/or CP Epic Beaker Certification preferred
