Job Summary
Managing laboratory-related aspects of clinical trial projects, the full-time Laboratory Project Coordinator will support project delivery from startup through closeout in a remote environment, collaborating with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager with study initiation activities and readiness tracking
- Coordinate day-to-day laboratory project activities to meet timelines and client expectations
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication throughout the study lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1 year of experience in clinical trial or laboratory operations projects
- Proficiency with project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office/Excel)
- Proficiency in English
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
