Laboratory Project Services Manager

Job Summary

Managing all laboratory aspects of clinical trial projects, the full-time remote Associate Laboratory Project Services Manager will serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring studies align with standard operating procedures and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead study setup activities, including protocol and budget review, project planning, and risk tracking
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables across the full study lifecycle, including eTMF management
• Act as the primary customer contact, building relationships and facilitating communication while resolving study-level issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including 1 year of project management experience
• Working knowledge of central laboratory operations, including logistics and specimen management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with laboratory or project management systems
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
