Laboratory Project Services Manager

Job Summary

Managing all laboratory aspects of clinical trial projects remotely during Pacific Time business hours, the full-time Laboratory Project Services Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project execution from award through closeout while ensuring compliance with protocol requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial laboratory projects, ensuring protocol requirements are understood and applied throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead study set-up activities, including protocol and budget review, and implement project and risk management plans
• Serve as the single point of contact for sponsors, coordinating communications and addressing issues to facilitate project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment
• 2+ years of project management experience in clinical trials or related areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant project delivery systems
• Experience with Lab Trial Management Systems (LTMS) is advantageous
