Laboratory Project Services Manager

Job Summary

Managing clinical trial laboratory projects remotely during Eastern Time business hours, the full-time Associate Manager/Manager of Project Services will oversee all laboratory aspects from award through closeout, ensuring protocol compliance and effective communication with sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial laboratory projects, ensuring protocol requirements are understood and applied throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead study set-up activities, including protocol and budget reviews, and implement project and risk management plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, facilitating communications, meetings, and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment
• 2+ years of project management experience, with a focus on study setup or client programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comparable project delivery systems
• Experience with Lab Trial Management Systems (LTMS) is preferred
