Laboratory Services Director

Job Summary

Serving as the senior Subject Matter Expert, the full-time Scientific Services Director will define and guide the technical strategy and service offerings for laboratory services, while engaging with clients and driving business growth both remotely and in select locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global strategy for Scientific Solutions service offerings
• Act as the chief architect of the Scientific Solutions portfolio and ensure integration of technology and service delivery models
• Lead technical input into strategic RFPs and partner with Sales and Solutions teams to develop scalable offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Expertise in laboratory management and asset lifecycle management
• Proven SME or technical leadership experience in regulated environments
• Leadership skills to manage and achieve targets impacting multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and sophisticated math skills
