Laboratory Software Application Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Laboratory Support Application Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the laboratory software in the ATF environment, including STARLIMS
• Assist forensic examiners with software usage and electronic chain of custody processes
• Develop user documentation, guides, and provide training to laboratory staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Familiarity with laboratory case management software, preferably STARLIMS
• 3-5 years of experience in Software Administration
• 2-3 years of experience in identity/account management
• 1-2 years of SQL experience
