Job Summary

A company is looking for a Laboratory Support Consultant responsible for the maintenance and management of Oracle Health Millennium laboratory solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as lead on support team for overall laboratory system performance
Monitor application health and implement change requests
Provide troubleshooting support for incidents escalated by Tier 1 Help Desk

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 7 equivalent years of related experience
7+ years of experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) EHR applications
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and major workflows associated with Oracle Health EHR solutions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams or departments
