Laboratory Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Laboratory Support Services Specialist IV responsible for managing order management exceptions and errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee order entry and monitor laboratory workflow to ensure productivity and quality measures
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance performance
• Act as a subject matter expert on laboratory information systems and support compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in science, health science, or related field; or High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or similar environment
• Proven experience in order entry or administrative roles, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in mentoring a team
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
