Laboratory Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a major LabWare 8 upgrade initiative, the contract Laboratory Systems Analyst will configure and implement workflows for raw materials and commercial products in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support LabWare LIMS 8 workflows for raw materials and commercial products
• Translate business, quality, and regulatory requirements into compliant LabWare solutions
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues while supporting laboratory equipment integrations

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS, with a preference for LabWare 8 configuration
• Experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environments
• Familiarity with raw material and commercial product testing workflows
• Experience with validation, CSV, and requirements traceability
• Knowledge of integrating LabWare with systems such as Empower or LabX
