LabWare LIMS Integration Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the LabWare 8 upgrade for a US-based GMP laboratory site, the remote LabWare LIMS Integration Specialist will lead the implementation of raw material and commercial product workflows, configure master data, and ensure integration with laboratory equipment and enterprise GMP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated workstream for implementing raw material and commercial product processes within LabWare LIMS 8
• Configure raw materials, commercial products, and laboratory equipment in LabWare LIMS using compliant design patterns
• Support stable execution of workflows and troubleshoot configuration and integration issues impacting laboratory operations

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS, with LabWare 8 strongly preferred
• Strong experience with LabWare in GMP laboratory operations, including raw materials and commercial product testing
• Ability to translate regulatory and quality requirements into compliant LIMS configurations
• Experience supporting LIMS validation with full requirements traceability
• Experience integrating LabWare with instrument systems such as Empower and LabX
