LabWare LIMS Specialist

Job Summary

To support a LabWare 8 upgrade in a GMP laboratory environment, the part-time LabWare LIMS Configuration Specialist will configure workflows, manage master data, and ensure compliance with laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain LabWare LIMS 8 for raw materials, commercial products, and laboratory equipment
• Translate quality and regulatory requirements into compliant LIMS solutions and support validation activities
• Troubleshoot integrations between LabWare and laboratory systems, ensuring seamless data flow

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS, preferably LabWare 8
• Experience in GMP laboratory operations, including testing of raw materials and commercial products
• Strong understanding of LIMS configuration and validation processes
• Experience with integrating LabWare with laboratory instruments and systems
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems
