Lakebase Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Driving new revenue for Lakebase, the full-time remote Sales Specialist will identify and activate customers within a defined territory, collaborating with regional Account Executives to promote a fully-managed Postgres offering for operational workloads and AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and drive Lakebase activations and consumption within a defined territory
• Lead sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, engaging multiple stakeholders
• Orchestrate proof-of-value initiatives to validate Lakebase's benefits for operational workloads

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
• Experience selling data platforms or operational databases to technical and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and their role in AI and analytics
• Demonstrated ability to lead specialist sales motions alongside core Account Executives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
