A company is looking for a Land Acquisition Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, preparation, and execution of land agreements
• Resolve title and survey issues by collaborating with stakeholders and experts
• Manage third-party land agents and ensure data accuracy and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Land Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in real estate development or acquisition, preferably in energy or large-scale infrastructure
• Strong understanding of real estate agreements, including leases and easements
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Google Earth, and GIS tools
• Familiarity with land, environmental, or policy frameworks relevant to large-scale development
