Land Acquisition Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage land agreements, maintain accurate land-related data, and support budgeting and reporting efforts across multiple large-scale renewable energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the negotiation, preparation, and closing of complex land agreements, collaborating with legal teams
• Manage land-related data with high accuracy, including maintaining tracking systems and auditing records
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and prepare analytical summaries for internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Land Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, renewable energy, project coordination, or land acquisition preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Docs, and Slides
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Google Earth or GIS platforms is a plus
