Land Acquisition Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the land acquisition strategy, the full-time Land Acquisition Analyst will conduct research, analyze data, and manage land information to identify new acquisition opportunities and maximize the profitability of land assets.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Regional and Divisional teams in analyzing land prospects
• Extract and analyze data from various sources to assist in market studies and due diligence
• Track critical date timelines for due diligence and project changes while maintaining accurate land files and databases

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role
• Real estate or market research experience with knowledge of the residential construction and land brokerage industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
