Land Acquisition Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting land acquisition initiatives, the full-time remote Land Acquisition Analyst will assist in identifying new land opportunities, conducting research, and managing land data to enhance profitability of land assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support Regional and Divisional teams in analyzing land prospects
• Extract and analyze data from various sources to prepare market study data
• Review due diligence information and assist in developing proformas and valuations for potential land investments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS
• Real estate or market research experience is highly preferred
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a team-oriented work ethic
