Land Acquisition Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Land Acquisition Team, the full-time Land Acquisition Analyst will identify new land opportunities, conduct research, and manage land data to enhance profitability, while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Regional and Divisional teams in analyzing land prospects
• Extract and analyze data from various sources to assist in market studies and due diligence
• Track critical date timelines for due diligence and prepare documentation for lot committee presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent relevant experience
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS
• Real estate or market research experience preferred
• Strong desire to work in land acquisition
