Land Acquisition Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Division's land strategy and business plan goals, the remote Land Acquisition Analyst will identify new land acquisition opportunities, conduct research, and manage land data to maximize profitability of existing and proposed land assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Regional and Divisional teams in analyzing land prospects
• Extract and analyze data from various sources, including MLS and company databases
• Assist in developing proformas, valuations, and underwriting for potential land investments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS
• Real estate or market research experience preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to work in land acquisition
