Land Acquisition Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Regional and Divisional teams, the full-time Land Acquisition Analyst will identify new land acquisition opportunities, conduct research, and manage land data to maximize profits for existing and proposed land assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze land prospects and assist in preparing market study data
- Review due diligence information and develop proformas, valuations, and underwriting for potential land investments
- Utilize GIS and other tools to research and track land positions and critical date timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role
- Real estate or market research experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to work in land acquisition
