Land Acquisition Analyst
Job Summary
Assisting with the identification of new land acquisition opportunities, the remote Land Acquisition Analyst will conduct research, provide analysis, and manage land data to support the Division's land strategy and business plan goals.
Key responsibilities
- Support Regional and Divisional teams in analyzing land prospects
- Extract and analyze data from various sources, including MLS and company databases
- Assist in developing proformas, valuations, and underwriting for potential land investments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role
- Experience in real estate or market research, with knowledge of the residential construction and land brokerage industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
