Land Acquisition Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the regional and divisional teams, the full-time remote Land Acquisition Analyst will assist in identifying new land acquisition opportunities, conduct research, analyze data, and manage land information to enhance the profitability of land assets.
Key responsibilities
- Support teams in analyzing land prospects and preparing market study data
- Extract and analyze data from various sources, including MLS and company databases
- Review due diligence information and assist in developing proformas and valuations for land investments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS
- Real estate or market research experience is highly preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to work in land acquisition
