Land Acquisition Analyst

Job Summary

To support the land acquisition strategy, the full-time Land Acquisition Analyst will assist in identifying new land opportunities, conduct data analysis, and manage land information to optimize asset profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Support Regional and Divisional teams in analyzing land prospects and preparing market study data
• Extract and analyze data from various sources, including MLS and company databases, to inform land acquisition decisions
• Track critical timelines for due diligence and assist in developing proformas and valuations for potential land investments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role
• Real estate or market research experience, with knowledge of residential construction and land brokerage
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
