Land Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Land Scout to support renewable energy project development by acquiring suitable land.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach landowners for potential solar, wind, or energy storage projects
• Conduct contract negotiations with landowners and secure land contracts
• Communicate with local authorities and maintain networks with stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Background in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector
• Experience in acquisition and project development in renewable energies
• Basic knowledge of legal provisions and regulations in renewable energies
• Class B driving license required for travel
• Initial experience with GIS & GeoViewer is an advantage
