Land Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Land Acquisition Specialist, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting land acquisition processes for large-scale renewable energy projects, including site selection, due diligence, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to land acquisition processes, including site selection, title resolution, and agreement execution
• Manage land documents, GIS tools, project trackers, and budgets while supporting negotiations for land agreements
• Engage with landowners and community groups to foster positive relationships and maintain internal progress reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in real estate, energy, management consulting, finance, or a related industry
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Familiarity with land and environmental policy, renewable energy development, and industry best practices
• Passion for renewable energy development and sustainability initiatives
