Land Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Specialist, the full-time remote position will support real estate work streams across large-scale projects by negotiating land agreements, managing land-related data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the negotiation, preparation, and closing of complex land agreements, collaborating with legal teams
• Manage and maintain accurate land-related data and tracking systems to ensure reliable records
• Assist in land acquisition budgeting, cost tracking, and preparation of executive-level reporting materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Land Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, renewable energy, project coordination, or land acquisition preferred
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Docs, and Slides
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Google Earth or GIS platforms is a plus
