Land Development Lead

Job Summary

Leading the technical diligence process, the full-time Land Development Lead will validate proposed sites for buildability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness while managing consultants and overseeing permitting and entitlement schedules in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all technical diligence including geotech, soils, and title/ALTA surveys
• Oversee permitting and entitlement governance with relevant agencies
• Manage consultants conducting feasibility studies and environmental assessments

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in land development, civil/environmental engineering, or data center diligence
• Knowledge of permitting, entitlements, and engagement with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ)
• Strong project management and technical review skills
• Experience managing consultants and interpreting complex studies
