Land Development Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Land Development Project Manager responsible for overseeing the delivery of data center real estate for cloud infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute land development and permitting strategies while engaging stakeholders
• Coordinate across various teams to ensure efficient project delivery from review to construction
• Manage contracts and budgets while tracking project deliverables in line with development schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Land Development or consulting
• At least 5 years of project management experience with municipalities and utility districts
• 5 years of combined experience in land development, design, permitting, and construction
• Experience with core Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
