Land Technician I/II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Land Technician I/II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review payment obligations and recommend actions for new agreements and lease extensions
• Conduct research on lease surrender requests and coordinate internal approvals
• Maintain data integrity and analyze data to confirm leasehold Held By Production (HBP) status

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree/GED
• 0-4+ years of experience in land administration, land analysis, or oil & gas operations
• Familiarity with land systems, GIS/mapping tools, and regulatory databases
• Understanding of oil & gas leases, title, and HBP concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
