Landman II/III/IV

Job Summary

Negotiating and securing trades, acquisitions, and divestitures, the remote Landman II/III/IV will manage various agreements to support the company's upstream operations and ensure development rights for drilling schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prepare, and negotiate agreements related to trades, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Review and evaluate data on acquisition and trade opportunities, presenting findings to management
• Coordinate due diligence efforts for transactions and maintain strong relationships with partners and industry peers

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant land experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in trades, acquisitions, and Joint Operating Agreements
• Excellent mapping skills and working knowledge of deed plotter and chain of title programs
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
