Job Summary
A company is looking for a Language Access Account Manager to drive retention and growth among vendor customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships to enhance retention and growth
- Facilitate ongoing meetings with partners to improve interpreting and translation quality
- Negotiate interpreter rates and manage vendor partnerships through performance reviews and strategic alignment
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in the language industry
- 2-3+ years of experience in Account Management roles within Language Access
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience managing enterprise healthcare client accounts
