Job Summary

A company is looking for a Language Access Account Manager to drive retention and growth among vendor customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships to enhance retention and growth
  • Facilitate ongoing meetings with partners to improve interpreting and translation quality
  • Negotiate interpreter rates and manage vendor partnerships through performance reviews and strategic alignment
Required Qualifications
  • Strong background in the language industry
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Account Management roles within Language Access
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience managing enterprise healthcare client accounts
