Job Summary

A company is looking for a Large Loss Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs file reviews for various complex projects or for cases in litigation, analyzes data, and reports findings
• May review cases to determine if Closed Without Payment (CWP) is appropriate given gross tort value exposure
• Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues and engages in discussions

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing high severity injury and complex auto liability claims
• Ability to grant settlement authority on claims valued in excess of Market Claim Office (MCO) limits
• Experience with rejected tenders and matters requiring extra contractual evaluation
• Commercial and litigation experience are highly desirable
• Preferred candidate should reside within the Eastern Time Zone
