Large Loss BI Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings
• Reviews cases to determine appropriateness of Closed Without Payment (CWP) based on gross tort value exposure
• Collaborates with Field leadership and other teams on complex coverage issues and claims handling practices

Required Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience in handling high exposure, litigated claims (Preferred)
• Experience with Commercial and Personal Auto, Homeowner, and/or General Liability claims is preferred
• No supervisory responsibilities associated with this position
