Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Advanced risk awareness with a proven track record in large loss bodily injury claims
• Experience managing rejected tender claims and navigating high-risk venues
• Experience in bodily injury litigation and/or commercial claims
• Strong background in human resources duties, including hiring and performance management
