Job Summary

A company is looking for a Large Loss Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs file reviews for complex projects or cases in litigation, analyzes data, and reports findings
• May review cases to determine if Closed Without Payment (CWP) is appropriate given gross tort value exposure
• Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing high severity injury and complex auto liability claims
• Experience with rejected tenders and matters requiring extra contractual evaluation
• Ability to handle policy limits up to $300,000
• Demonstrated sound judgment in assessing risk and developing trial strategy
• Commercial and litigation experience are highly desirable
