Job Summary

A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings
• Reviews cases to determine appropriateness of Closed Without Payment (CWP) based on gross tort value exposure
• Collaborates with Field leadership and other departments on complex coverage issues and case authorizations

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience in handling serious bodily injury claims (preferred)
• Experience with litigation claims is preferred
• Ability to manage claims in bad faith jurisdictions with high exposure limits
• No supervisory responsibilities required
