Job Summary

A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings
• Reviews cases to determine appropriateness of Closed Without Payment (CWP) based on gross tort value exposure
• Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues and collaborates with Home Office Claim litigation as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling serious bodily injury claims
• Preferred litigation claims experience
• Ability to manage claims in bad faith jurisdictions with high exposure limits
• Preferred candidates to reside in EST or CST time zones
