Large Loss Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Large Loss Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct management and oversight of a team of large loss adjusters
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and counseling on policy and coverage interpretation for complex and high exposure injury claims
• Measure and analyze metrics on an ongoing basis to drive best practices and develop department strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10 or more years of related experience in a personal lines and casualty insurance company
• Prior experience in managing bodily injury/large loss/litigation claims preferred
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of claims policies and procedures for resolving complex and/or litigated claims
• Multi-State Adjuster license preferred
