Job Summary

Fluent in Spanish, the full-time LATAM Account Executive will manage a portfolio of SMB accounts remotely, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for designated LATAM SMB accounts, guiding customers through their Atlassian cloud journey
  • Execute territory plans to maximize expansion opportunities and ensure high customer success across a diverse product portfolio
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to qualify customer needs and demonstrate how Atlassian products address specific business challenges
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales in a quota-carrying B2B software sales role or 2+ years in a Sales Development Representative B2B software sales role
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets and managing an existing book of business
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and prospecting tools
