Job Summary
To drive growth in the Latin America Medical and Life Sciences market, the full-time LATAM Business Development Manager will manage the sales process from prospecting to securing commercial commitments, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new project opportunities through strong prospecting skills and existing networks
- Manage the entire sales process, including proposal development and securing commitments from customers
- Develop and execute an account territory plan to expand share with existing customers and acquire new ones
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of direct B2B sales experience in the Medical & Life Sciences market
- Proven experience in selling high-dollar, complex solutions
- Experience in prospecting and growing revenue within a defined territory
- Strong contract negotiation skills to maximize project margins
- Active network of contacts in the Medical and Life Sciences market
