Job Summary

A company is looking for a LATAM Controller to manage full accounting and financial operations across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close process and prepare consolidated financial statements
• Manage relationships with outsourced accounting firms and ensure quality standards
• Supervise financial operations and enforce internal controls for compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including consolidations
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with multi-entity environments
• Experience managing outsourced accounting teams
• Fluent in English, with a hands-on mentality
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
