Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - LATAM Expansion Licenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the LATAM license roadmap, identifying optimal routes to market based on regulatory and banking ecosystems
• Lead licensing strategy and regulatory engagement, managing the application and authorization process
• Establish local entities and develop hiring plans according to license requirements while tracking budgets and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or consulting roles
• Strong background in fintech, payments, e-money, cards, or stablecoins
• Proven experience managing licensing projects in LATAM markets
• In-depth understanding of regional regulatory frameworks for payments and electronic money
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
