Job Summary
Taking ownership of regional marketing initiatives, the full-time LATAM Marketing Lead will localize and execute strategies across Mexico, Brazil, and West LATAM, focusing on demand generation, events, social media, and content creation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the LATAM marketing strategy in alignment with the global Growth team
- Manage and run regional events, including logistics, budget, and pipeline attribution
- Create and implement co-marketing programs with strategic partners, including joint events and content
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation, preferably in a startup environment
- Proven track record of organizing and executing events from start to finish
- Strong hands-on experience across various marketing channels, including social media and content creation
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, with strong writing and storytelling skills
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI
