Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Manager - LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop localized marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue in Spanish-speaking markets
  • Plan and execute multichannel campaigns while adapting global messaging to local cultural contexts
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to drive improvements across acquisition and retention funnels


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Latin America
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing dynamics, including region-specific channels
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and localized messaging
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to execute marketing initiatives
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
