Job Summary

Driving growth across Spanish-speaking markets, the full-time LATAM Marketing Specialist will develop and execute localized marketing strategies while collaborating with global teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems and education structures
  • Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, tailored to regional needs
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to drive continuous improvement across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing from SaaS or B2C in Latin America
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including region-specific channel dynamics
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies with localized messaging
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to design impactful initiatives
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
