Job Summary
Driving growth across Spanish-speaking markets, the full-time LATAM Marketing Specialist will develop and execute localized marketing strategies while collaborating with global teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems and education structures
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for acquisition, activation, and retention
- Own end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment and best practices across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing within SaaS or B2C sectors in Latin America
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing dynamics, including region-specific channels like Meta and WhatsApp
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with a focus on localized messaging
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to drive marketing initiatives
- Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus
