Job Summary
Driving growth across Spanish-speaking markets, the full-time LATAM Marketing Specialist will develop and execute culturally relevant marketing strategies, manage multichannel campaigns, and collaborate with global teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems and education structures
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, leveraging region-specific channels
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to drive continuous improvement across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing from SaaS or B2C in Latin America
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including region-specific channel dynamics
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies with localized messaging
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to design impactful marketing initiatives
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
