Job Summary
Driving growth across Spanish-speaking markets, the full-time LATAM Marketing Specialist will develop and execute localized marketing strategies while collaborating with global teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems and education structures
- Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to improve acquisition, activation, and retention funnels
Required qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in SaaS or B2C within Latin America
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing dynamics specific to the region
- Experience in developing and implementing localized marketing strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to drive initiatives
